Main Responsibilities主要職責
?He/She supports dept manager and it’s the operative reference point for electrical HW / SW designing, assuring performance and internal and external diffusion of technical detailed list and standards necessary to electrical HW / SW equipment development, both in plant and in site. 支持技術經理，做電氣硬件/軟件設計，調試，公司現場和客戶現場
?Release BOM 下發(fā)采購清單及備件清單
?Optimize the architecture hardware of application優(yōu)化硬件架構
?Release operator manual,make training 制作操作文檔及相關培訓
?Communicate with customer for technical clarification, understand customer’s requirement 與客戶做技術澄清，了解客戶的詳細需求
?Basic tech proposal with best cost 基于最低成本的技術方案

Requirements需求
?Electrical HW design 電氣硬件設計 （包括網絡、總線組態(tài)及各種安全回路）
?Apply Industry components and familiar its’ specification 應用工業(yè)部件 - 比如擰緊槍、試漏儀、電動伺服壓機、工業(yè)機器人，熟悉相關參數和應用接口
?Advance CAD(EPLAN) and Program tools user Eplan繪圖和相關的編程工具
?PLC and relative technical controller SW design and commissioning 西門子PLC和相關控制器的軟件設計和調試
?HMI design and commissioning 人機界面開發(fā)及調試，西門子wincc flexible
?Spare parts,Preventive maintenanc,trouble shooting備品備件，預防性維護，設備糾錯等相關知識
?CNC SW design and commissioning CNC的軟件設計和調試 (非必須)
?Robot SW design and commissioning 機器人的軟件設計和調試 (非必須，但是要了解接口)
?Hongmao-Auto standard program architecture鴻懋標準程序框架
?Production data trace system 生產數據追溯系統
?New technical production development 新的技術產品開發(fā)(非必須)
?Line data trace of production process 生產過程數據追溯管理系統
