1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)采購小組，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)采購組的日常管理、對(duì)小組成員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)、考核；2. 有效執(zhí)行公司對(duì)采購小組的工作要求，確保對(duì)客戶的產(chǎn)品交付形成強(qiáng)有力支撐；3. 不斷優(yōu)化并推行高效的供應(yīng)鏈、采購流程、制度和政策；3.主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)、淘汰，特別是針對(duì)關(guān)鍵原材料供應(yīng)商；4. 主導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵物料的價(jià)格談判，達(dá)到公司預(yù)期和目標(biāo)；5. 識(shí)別、評(píng)估和應(yīng)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈中的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，制定應(yīng)急預(yù)案，確保供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定和安全；6. 與公司其他職能團(tuán)隊(duì)保持高效溝通與協(xié)作，確保所有采購物料符合公司質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)法規(guī)要求，采購策略支持新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。任職資格1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上采購工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有一定的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；2.熟悉產(chǎn)品核心原材料（膜、管路、接頭、過濾器、傳感器、注塑件等）的采購者優(yōu)先；3.精通采購與供應(yīng)鏈管理知識(shí)，熟悉供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、談判、合同管理等全流程；4.熟悉ISO13485，ISO15378質(zhì)量管理體系，對(duì)醫(yī)療器械/制藥行業(yè)法規(guī)有基本了解；5.能夠從全局視角制定采購戰(zhàn)略；6.善于內(nèi)外部溝通，誠信正直，具備良好的職業(yè)道德。
