1、負責團隊內(nèi)的團隊建設(shè)，人員帶教、培訓(xùn)及團隊內(nèi)的人員績效考核；2、負責團隊內(nèi)的日常事物管理；3、負責所有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的物資和服務(wù)（外協(xié)工作）、設(shè)備、工具等采購確認，把控采購質(zhì)量及成本；4、配合完成公司的日常運營管理工作，完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作；5、負責參與及控制大型項目的具體采購事宜；6、供應(yīng)鏈的開發(fā)和維護；7、負責采購流程的梳理完善、相關(guān)平臺軟件等培訓(xùn)工作。任職要求：1、本科及以上學歷，經(jīng)濟、管理類或相關(guān)專業(yè)；2、3年以上相關(guān)的采購管理工作，有一次性耗材采購經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；3、良好的溝通與談判技能，掌握采購技巧，敏銳的市場分析和判斷能力；4、良好的職業(yè)道德，具有團隊協(xié)作精神，細心、認真、負責。
