Plant- and cross-product monitoring and support of achieving all quality requirements of the customer 通過工廠以及跨產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)督和支持來實現(xiàn)客戶的質(zhì)量需求2. Coordination and Observance of all valid quality standards during the offer-, sample- and ramp-up phase 協(xié)調(diào)和研究在報價-樣件-產(chǎn)能爬坡期間的質(zhì)量標準3. Lead of quality planning of customer project development 主導客戶項目中項目開發(fā)質(zhì)量計劃Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作職責1. Customer`s quality/ 客戶質(zhì)量 - Customer’s quality single point of contact during project phase 項目階段的客戶質(zhì)量的單一聯(lián)系窗口 1)during the ""product development process"" (already in the aquision phase - APQP) 產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程(即APQP) 2)for cross-plant quality issues 跨工廠之間的質(zhì)量問題 3)for topics with customer’s particular focus during pre-series- and ramp up-phase 樣件階段到爬坡過程中客戶提出的特別需求 - Lead of quality planning (APQP) in customer project 主導客戶項目中項目開發(fā)質(zhì)量計劃(APQP) - Responsible for coordination of preparing and handling of customer audit / visit activities 負責協(xié)調(diào)客戶審核/客戶拜訪活動2. Customer′s approvals/ 客戶批準 - Support the TK-Bilstein plants for customer approvals 為 tk-Bilstein的客戶批準提供支持 - Prepare the required documentation of Internal PPAP or EMPB 準備內(nèi)部PPAP或EMPB所需材料 - Communicate with customer for customer release (PPAP or EMPB) 針對顧客批準(PPAP或EMPB)與顧客進行溝通 - Reporting and documentation. 報告和記錄3. Customer complaint management in project phase/ 項目樣件階段的顧客抱怨管理 - Analyzing customer returned products (0-Km) 顧客零公里退貨的分析 - Initiating short-term ****s if necessary to securing the customer 如有必要啟動短期措施以確保顧客的安全 - Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive ****s in case of customer complaint 協(xié)調(diào)和確認針對顧客抱怨所采取的糾正和預防措施 - Communicating with customer for problem solving 與顧客就問題的解決進行溝通 - Reporting and documentation 報告和記錄4. Others/ 其它 - Planning and conducting of internal product and requalification test 策劃并實施內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品審核及型式試驗 - Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor 直接主管委派的臨時任務
