主要職責(zé)：1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品的售后維修及維保工作, 偏工藝優(yōu)化方向2. 參與編制設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)巡檢及預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃；3. 對(duì)設(shè)備的故障原因進(jìn)行分析匯總，落實(shí)改進(jìn)方案實(shí)施.4. 結(jié)合當(dāng)前數(shù)智化技術(shù)對(duì)客戶的維保提出建設(shè)性建議.5. 對(duì)客戶的售后服務(wù)請(qǐng)求做到快速響應(yīng),及時(shí)處理,提高客戶滿意度,保持良好的客戶關(guān)系；負(fù)責(zé)客戶的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；任職要求：1. 要求工作5~6年，本科以上學(xué)歷，生物工程或制藥工程相關(guān)專業(yè)2. 制藥工程專業(yè)者優(yōu)先，有藥企工程部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；3. 要求有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí)和一定的市場(chǎng)銷售意識(shí)，較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)和問(wèn)題分析總結(jié)能力；4. 要求有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力, 方案及項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃制定能力；5. 具有一定的吃苦精神，并愿意接受短期高頻次出差；6. 熟練掌握AutoCAD軟件。
