崗位職責Key responsibilities: 1. 執行學校分配的教學任務，負責小學中文的授課工作；Conduct subject teaching tasks assigned by the school, and responsible for teaching Chinese for all grades for primary school 2. 遵照集團和學校的教育發展規劃，積極參與優化教學方案、課程研發、教研活動等工作；Participate in optimizing teaching plans, developing curriculum, studying and etc, according to the educational development plan of the Group and the school3. 積極與學生和家長溝通，切實關懷、輔導學生提高學習成績，鞏固教學成果、營造良好的學習氛圍；Communicate with students and parents actively, help students to improve their academic performance, and create a good learning atmosphere4. 配合校區開展教學行政事務、學生紀律、事故防范等管理工作。Cooperate with the school to carry out teaching administration, student discipline supervision, accident prevention and other management assignment.任職資格Qualifications:1. 本科或以上學歷，語言或文學類相關專業優先，有三年以上任教經驗優先考慮Bachelor's degree or above in Language, Literature or other related majors, with more than three year teaching experience is preferred3. 持有相應學科教師資格證及二級乙等或以上等級普通話證書；Holding a teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject, and a level of 2B or above Mandarin certificate4. 國、粵語標準，英語流利表達，溝通意識、語言表達能力強，具有高度責任心及親和力You should be able to speak standard Mandarin, fluent Cantonese and English, with strong communication awareness to express yourself clearly and a sense of responsibility and affinity5. 具有良好的職業道德和進取精神，熱愛教育行業，擅于與學生和家長溝通，能勝任班主任工作尤佳。Possess professional ethics and enterprising spirit, passionate with the education industry, and be good at communicating with students and parents. Candidates who are capable of serving as a class teacher is highly preferred.
