Mission：
This function, as part of AP licensing center, is focused on non-physical logistics issues and taking care of all licensing relevant issues and requests

Tasks:

The Data Specialist from Licensing center will take over all licensing relevant tickets and requests of the Engineers and support them directly in their work for customers.
?Processing of E-Mail requests to the Licensing Center by handling the issue in the ticketing system GSMS

?Participation in “Follow-the-Sun” Hotline support of the Licensing Center during the office hours or on weekends / holidays
?Process Improvements. Owner of SOP country attachment
?Support various projects / initiatives for further development of Service Deliver Operations in AP

Education:
?finished commercial / Logistics / SCM education and professional experience ＞ 3 years or comparable successful finished University education

Knowledge/Languages/Experience:
?Rich experience in Licensing/ Ticketing handling in workflow system (e.g. GSMS) or install base data maintenance in SAP
?Good knowledge in field of SCM, experience in service logistical processes is preferred
?candidate who is good at data analysis and Business Intelligence tools (access, SQL, Tableau, Qlik…) is preferred
?Distinct customer focus and communication skills will be a plus
?Good at networking with other cultures and be a real team p
?Very good command on verbal and written English.
?Advance ERP skills, SAP key user is preferred
