Main responsibilities:
?Design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and sales & marketing.
?Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding and test/debug programs.
?Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
?Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.
?Train users in conversion and implementation of system.
?ABAP Developer: Generally focused on working with objects associated with one or more of the following categories:
1.Reports – Standard and ALV reporting.
2.Interfaces – Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, SAP Systems, 3rd Party Vendors.
3.Conversions – Master and Transactional Data. BDC, BAPI, MASS Updates, LSMW.
4.Enhancements – User Exits, Enhancement Points, BADI’s.
5.Forms/Outputs – SAPScript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Labels.
6.Applications – Internal SAP, External 3rd Party, RF Tools.
7.Workflows – Interactive and Notification.

Requirements:
?Familiar with standard programming concepts, practices, and procedures.
?Experience in the related field of development (SAP Development Skills, i.e. ABAP).
?Must have good Interdependence Skllls (Oral and Written Communication, Peer Relationships, Listening)
?Must have strong integrity (Trustworthy, Customer Focus and Drive for Results)
