職責(zé)描述：
1.Team Management
Develop team structure, monitor, motivate, and coach employees to enahce team capability.
Quality stratagy excution, KPI setting& Follow up.
Organize regular review with team to achieve the quality goal.
2. Customer Complaint Preventive and Handling
Responsible for process quality, lead team to identify the quality risk and perform improvement proactively to prevent CCR.
Organize CFT to investigate root cause and take proper action to sovle complained problem; submit 8D report, follow up the action effectiviness and close the 8D timly, in order to improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE
3.Lead COPQ Reduction
Use statistical tools to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and discuss with team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.
In order to control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to contribute cost saving.
4. Process abnormal handling
Daily production process abnomal handling, analysis the quality risk and take reaction in order to ensure the abnormal under control without impacting customer complaint and higher COPQ.
5.CIP
Lead team to identify and follow up the CIP progress and effectiveness, until the problem completely solved.
6.Audit support
Coordinate and support external and internal audits, LPA... communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate in order to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner

任職要求：
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience：
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant
2.More than 5 years of working experience in quality assurance and 3 years team management as well, automtive experience is preferred.
3.Familiar with TS16949.
4.Familiar with Molidng/ Plating/ Stamping process is a plus.

1.Proficient in written and oral english.
2.Good communication skill, ownership, leadership, proactive thinking.
3.Good problem solving skill, 6 sigma, Red-X certified is prefered.

TE Connectivity (TE) 中國(guó)汽車事業(yè)部在中國(guó)建有兩個(gè)專有生產(chǎn)基地，建筑總面積超過(guò)56, 000平方米，共擁有近400條生產(chǎn)線，3300多名員工。主要生產(chǎn)端子、連接器、傳感器、繼電器、中央電器盒、特殊線纜裝配系統(tǒng)、新能源系統(tǒng)、信息娛樂系統(tǒng)、感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、線束和套管等產(chǎn)品。

TE中國(guó)汽車事業(yè)部的這兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)基地分別為保稅區(qū)內(nèi)工（“EPZ工廠”）和保稅區(qū)外工廠（“NEPZ工廠”），均位于江蘇省蘇州市工業(yè)園區(qū)。其中，EPZ工廠占地面積為68, 000平方米，于2006年6月落成并投入運(yùn)營(yíng)，2012年6月完成二期擴(kuò)建工程后的總建筑面積近32, 000平方米。目前，EPZ工廠正在規(guī)劃三期擴(kuò)建工程，未來(lái)建成后的總建筑面積將達(dá)到36,500平方米。

為加大生產(chǎn)，更好地服務(wù)本地客戶，TE中國(guó)汽車事業(yè)部于2007年11月在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)保稅區(qū)外設(shè)立了NEPZ工廠。2013年7月，NEPZ工廠整體搬遷至位于蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)汀蘭巷的新廠區(qū)。新廠區(qū)占地面積69,000平方米，一期的建筑面積近25, 600平方米。計(jì)劃2017年年底前建成二期廠房，屆時(shí)NEPZ工廠總建筑面積將達(dá)到45, 000平方米。

TE中國(guó)汽車事業(yè)部的蘇州工廠均具備ISO 9001/ISO/TS 16949質(zhì)量體系，以及ISO 14001環(huán)境管理體系和OHSAS 18001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證資格。

2015年6月，TE中國(guó)汽車事業(yè)部的蘇州工廠獲得TE運(yùn)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)（TEOA）四星認(rèn)證，TEOA是一項(xiàng)在全球集團(tuán)范圍內(nèi)推行的計(jì)劃，旨在通過(guò)應(yīng)用最佳實(shí)踐和流程優(yōu)化，更好地利用公司最寶貴的資產(chǎn)——人員、工廠、設(shè)備，從而達(dá)到提高業(yè)務(wù)績(jī)效的目標(biāo)。TEOA四星認(rèn)證，表明蘇州EPZ和NEPZ工廠在各方面均達(dá)到了卓越的精益生產(chǎn)水平，名列TE全球“明星工廠”之列。
