職責(zé)描述：
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reporting on LD CHN, Segments and companies.
Monthly Slides preparation
BU performance analysis, Cost analysis and controlling, reporting transparency
Prepare Forecast and Budget and reflect in SAP system timely with high quality
Monthly FX forecast of SLC/SITL
Review COPA and OCC report on monthly basis; provide analytical report to BU management
Coordinate regular external auditing work as well as internal control process makes sure BU financial/account process and data fulfillment
Coordinate with other BU and external departments to make sure a smooth controlling work
PUMA Controlling and interface to Signature Mandate
Process optimization
Other BU controlling works as requested

任職要求：
At least 3 years financial controlling or accounting experience, R&D related and cost-control experience is preferred
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance
Good knowledge of accounting and financial management,
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PPT, & ERP system, SAP is preferred
Good communication skill, coordination skill, influence skill and team work spirit
Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take hard tasks
Fluent English skill both for oral and writing
Working under pressure
