工作地點: 上海職位類型: 全職職位描述:我們正在尋找一位具有豐富經驗的高級游戲特效師，加入我們的知名IP科幻題材SLG手游項目，項目以Unity為主，但如果具有UE特效經驗更佳，能為項目帶來高品質的視覺效果，提升整體視覺表現。工作職責:設計和制作游戲中的特效，確保輸出品質，包括但不限于環境特效、技能特效等。指導和審核外包資源的特效制作，確保質量與風格的一致性，并培養外包團隊。協助美術、程序和策劃人員，優化與特效相關的開發流程，并跟進特效在引擎中的實現效果。制定合理的工作計劃，確保模型、動畫和特效各階段之間的充分溝通，權衡質量，性能和交付時間。研究并應用最新的特效技術和工具，提升項目的視覺表現力。職位要求:動畫、視覺特效或相關專業本科及以上學歷，具備扎實的美術功底。熟悉特效制作的理論基礎，理解運動規律、粒子系統和流體模擬等技術。能設計符合游戲風格和需求的特效，并具有出色的藝術感和創造力。3-5年以上游戲或影視特效經驗，參與過大型項目的特效制作。具有責任心，執行力強，自驅力強對工作質量有高標準要求。良好的溝通能力，能有效協調和規劃工作，快速解決問題。
