1.根據圖紙作標準裝配工藝流程及裝配作業指導書。2.根據技術協議要求制作相應項目的調試要點及調試出貨標準。3.工藝紀律監督，指導裝配人員按照相應裝配指導操作。4.深入生產現場，掌握裝配質量及裝配指導，督導車間生產并及時解決生產中出現的技術問題，做好工藝技術服務。5.根據生產實際情況開發工裝夾具。任職要求：1、大專及以上學歷，機械、機電一體化相關專業，3年以上相關工作經驗；2、從事（PCBA、線束）機柜系統組裝行業優先；3、有IPC-610、IPC-620，機械制造基礎等專業知識基礎優先；4、責任心、學習能力強；
