****ives and Responsibilities：Managing all aspects of the HR cycle including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, payroll, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.Primary Responsibilities:· Payroll and Tax management: Management of entire payroll processing including CPF submission, government claims, tax clearance and IRAS submission· Leave management: Process employees leave request and Maintain leave record ·Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts· Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage total Compensation and Benefits structure· Employee Relations: Assist in facilitating employee communications serve as main point of contact to handle queries and grievances of employees· Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance.· Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.· Acting as the advocate of the employees in matters related to HR policies and initiatives.· Resolving employee issues/ grievances and conducting thorough investigations where required.· Performing other HR-related tasks/ projects as assignedQualifications :· Candidates must have work experience in Singapore· Min. 3 years of solid HR Generalist experience in a Manufacturing industry· Diploma in Human Resource / Business (Administration/Management)· People oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization· Familiar with local employment practices, and proficient in Singapore labor law· Keen attention to details and ability to multi-task is a must· Self-motivated and able to work independently
