Executive Operations Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional alignment for CEO-driven initiatives, managing strategic agendas across internal stakeholders and external partners. 2. Market Intelligence Leadership: Conduct in-depth analysis of renewable energy sector dynamics to inform corporate strategy formulation and execution roadmaps. 3. Commercial Enablement: Drive sales operations optimization through pipeline management and KPI tracking systems to ensure revenue target attainment. 4. Investor Relations Facilitation: Spearhead preliminary investor engagement to support capital raise initiatives, including due diligence preparation and pitch deck development. Who You Are 1. Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years' experience. 2. Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams – You can effectively partner with Product & Solutions/Supply Chain/Services and other teams. 3. Strategic thinking and able to build strong connection with people.4. Proficient in both English and Chinese communication with excellent writing skills.Strong commercial sense is a big plus.
