職責描述：1.在整車驗證團隊中，組織整車試驗過程中的問題分析與解決，特別是上車體和電子電器相關的問題，以及跨團隊資源協(xié)調，以提升驗證效率、優(yōu)化流程并實施閉環(huán)管理。2.跟蹤整車研發(fā)過程中所負責系統(tǒng)的零件狀態(tài)和成熟度，與系統(tǒng)管理組合作，確保整車驗證的零件狀態(tài)符合要求。3.與跨專業(yè)團隊合作，策劃系統(tǒng)級和整車級別的驗證計劃，支持子系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和整車級驗證。4.作為整車驗證與系統(tǒng)管理組之間的聯(lián)絡人，建立并維護良好的合作機制。5.熟悉大眾體系汽車功能耐久測試，包括但不限于車聯(lián)網、充電系統(tǒng)、電機、智能駕駛系統(tǒng)、電器件、儀表中控等功能測試。6.負責根據(jù)規(guī)范編寫功能測試用例，進行功能周匯報，并輸出測試報告。7.負責測試問題的跟蹤、對接，并推動問題解決。任職要求：1.全日制本科及以上學歷，車輛工程、機電一體化、電氣工程等相關專業(yè)。2.5-6年工作經驗，其中至少3年以上整車試制電器或整車功能測試工作經驗及團隊管理經驗。3.了解以太網、CAN、CANFD、LIN等車載網絡。4.熟練使用電器調試工具，如ODIS、CANoe、Vector，datalog工具等測試工具。5.流利的英語書面和口語能力。6.持有C1駕照，熟悉道路測試場地，最好具備大眾試車證。
