1、機械設計與制造、機電一體化等專業全日制大學本科及以上學歷。2、2年以上機械設計經驗，熟悉設計流程，動手能力強，能獨立完成結構和鈑金設計。3、熟練使用制圖設計軟件。4、有良好責任心，有較強分析問題解決問題的能力，良好溝通及語言表達能力，能承受一定的工作壓力。5、具有配套件選型，BOM等技術文件輸出能力。6、有制冷設備行業設計經驗者優先.7、工作認真細致、態度積極、責任心強；具有團隊合作能力。
