Assisting in liaising with various departments and units, and receiving guests to Vice President (Administration) Office3. Providing support to various University-level committees or task forces, and assisting in building-up and management of committee system4. Assisting in arranging meetings and other schedules, taking meeting minutes and managing all the relevant documents systematically for record5. Undertaking other tasks including secretarial or project support assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications and Requirements:1. A Bachelor or a higher degree2. At least 3 year's working experience, preferably gained in higher education or public institutions3. Strong organizational capability and adaptability, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills4. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information5. Good command of written and spoken language skills both in English and Chinese proficiency in office software6. Proactive, able to work multi-tasked and independently, and as part of a team7. Mature, meticulous and confident in handling business with complexity.
