職位介紹崗位職責(zé)：1. 積極發(fā)展客戶，達(dá)成銷售任務(wù)；Develop customer and to achieve the sales target2. 積極跟蹤訂單，確保良好的回款周期；Actively follow up order to secure the payback cycle in a good situation3. 積極學(xué)習(xí)圖爾克產(chǎn)品知識；Actively to learn Turck product knowledge4. 積極培訓(xùn)和輔導(dǎo)同事，協(xié)助上級共同提高團(tuán)隊(duì)的銷售技能和增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品知識。Actively train and coach colleagues and support superior to improve sales skills and product knowledge of sales teams.5. 與客戶保持緊密的聯(lián)系以及良好的溝通；Keep close relationship with customer and have a good communication6. 與公司的產(chǎn)品管理、售后服務(wù)、工程、財(cái)務(wù)等部門保持良好的信息溝通與分享；Good cooperation with product management, after sales service, engineering and finance department7. 與部門同事、主管及時(shí)反饋、分享與市場、行業(yè)、競爭對手等相關(guān)的業(yè)內(nèi)信息；Feedback and sharing information of market, industry and competitor and so on8. 按照公司要求提交相應(yīng)工作報(bào)告；According to company requirement to provide work report9. 耐心解答客戶提出的產(chǎn)品相關(guān)問題，并提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)；Answer costumer’s question in a patient attitude and provide good service10. 遵守公司規(guī)章制度。Observes and obeys the regulations and rules of the company任職要求：1. 學(xué)歷要求Education Requirement本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電一體化、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)Education: College or above degree, major in Mechatronics or computer2. 工作背景要求Work **** Requirement(1) 在汽車、冶金等相關(guān)行業(yè)有一定的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及良好的銷售業(yè)績；In Auto, metallurgy or related industry has a certain sales experience and good sales performance(2) 具有整車及零部件廠商的相關(guān)資源且業(yè)績優(yōu)良。Have customer resource in vehicle and accessory parts industry and reach excellent performance .(3) 8年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并在工作地點(diǎn)具有一定的客戶資源。Over 8 years sales working experience and have customer resources in working area.3. 技能要求Skill Requirement(1) 語言：普通話流利，具有良好的溝通能力Language: fluent in Mandarin Chinese and excellent in communication(2) 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件應(yīng)用能力Proficient with MS Office Operation(3) 具備良好的洞察力及應(yīng)變能力Great perception and good ability of dealing with emergency

圖爾克·中國
