Responsibility:Training-Provide technical and clinical support to customers, and enable the users to operate devices safely and effectively-Provide product training including workbook/ clinical application training to internal sales team/ dealers to enhance knowledge on products for sales efficiency, and make customization when necessary-Training for other internal clinical application specialist as well as for external ones from dealersTechnical/ sales support-Participate in national or regional seminars/meetings to provide clinical application and technical consultation to customers on requests-Provide pre-sales support for bidding like preparation for products specification, onsite questions addressing when bidding-Prepare sales points for weak products to enhance sales efficiency-Provide insights for key projects and coordinate across internal resources to improve sales efficiencyStakeholder relationship management-Establish a close relationship with Key Doctors/ VIPs through regular visits and training activities, and ensure they have a clear understanding of Drager products and technique, so that to build up a Drager brand among customers-Work closely with Drager Academy to provide online or onsite clinical applicaiton training and technical consultation for assigned geographic area-Conduct clinical training courses for external customers under Drager Academy ****workTrial of new products-Provide onsite support to new products/ technology to customers including products specification introduction and technical questions addressingRequirements:Education-Bachelor or master degree in medical science/biomedical science/ biology or a comparable combination of education and experienceRelated Experience-3-5 years working experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Operation Room (OR) areaSkills and competenceProfessional-MS Office - advanced level-English in written and spoken - advanced level-Product knowledge - expert level-Presentation Skills - expert levelBehavioral-Communicate and cooperate - expert level-Team work spirit - expert level-Care about the customer - advanced level-Persuade others - advanced level-Learn and develop - advanced level -Drive for result - advanced level
