職責描述：1. 根據(jù)教學內(nèi)容、學生實際情況和學生的認識規(guī)律，精心設計教學程序；2. 耐心研究教學方法及課程內(nèi)容、授課過程，根據(jù)IGCSE，Alevel教學大綱研究考試方向和考試知識點，定期舉行評教；3. 根據(jù)學生不同基礎、不同需求規(guī)劃學習方案；4. 及時了解學生成績及心理變化，適時調(diào)整和優(yōu)化教學手段并做好課外輔導；5. 在授課期間適當組織測驗活動，檢驗學生接受輔導的成效，并做出教學質量分析；6. 參加本學科教研交流，研究和選擇先進的教學方法；7. 服從學術校長的安排，完成領導臨時交辦的任務。任職要求：1. 良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力。非英語專業(yè)，英語要求達到六級；英語專業(yè)要求達到專業(yè)八級；2. 數(shù)學、英語、經(jīng)濟、會計、商務相關專業(yè)的碩士研究生及以上學歷；3. 具備敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德操守，性格開朗，具有較強的感召力和親和力，思路敏捷清晰，做事認真仔細；4. 樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)，能夠承受工作壓力；樂觀向上，心懷開闊、具有較強的團隊合作意識；5. 熱愛教育事業(yè)，有志成為老師者；6. 能夠承擔英語教授A-level相應課程者；7. 海歸人士及有一線教師工作經(jīng)驗或持有英方A-LEVEL教師資格證書者優(yōu)先；
