職責(zé)描述：1.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)中3D模型及2D圖紙的設(shè)計(jì) Lead 3D model & 2D drawing design for new projects2.對(duì)公司圖紙及設(shè)計(jì)交付物進(jìn)行管理和維護(hù) Manage and maintain engineering models, drawings and design deliveries3.主導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)中團(tuán)隊(duì)的DFM&DFT制作，審核，確認(rèn)，并根據(jù)評(píng)審結(jié)果進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)修改 Lead DFM on generating, checking, estimating in new projects with team, and revise design based on DFM result.4.完成設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中相關(guān)尺寸的公差分析 Complete tolerance analysis of relevant dimensions during design stage5.應(yīng)用仿真軟件對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析，確保高質(zhì)量的設(shè)計(jì)方案 Apply FEA to execute simulation on new design models to guarantee high quality6.積極協(xié)助NPD, PE, PM, QA, Sales, Tooling, EST, Sourcing等團(tuán)隊(duì)完成相關(guān)工作 Collaborate with NPD, PE, PM, QA, Sales, Tooling, EST, Sourcing team to complete relevant works職位要求QUALIFICATIONS1. 機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè), 大專(zhuān)或以上的學(xué)歷College Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related science2. 3年以上產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有線(xiàn)束或連接器設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先3+ years’ experience on mechanical structure product design. Design experience on harness or connector will be preferred3. 熟練使用SolidWorks/AutoCAD等工程制圖軟件。Skillful for operating engineering software of SolidWorks/AutoCAD/ for modeling4. 熟練掌握公差分析技巧，對(duì)互換性形位公差有比較深的認(rèn)識(shí)Well known on tolerance analysis, understand the knowledge of GD&T5. 1年以上DFM制作、審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)1+ year experience on making and estimating DFM6. 有應(yīng)用FEA經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮Has the application experience for FEA will be preferred7. 具有良好協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力, 對(duì)工作盡職盡責(zé), 上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)Good communication and coordination skills, responsible and self-motivated8. 能吃苦耐勞, 勤于學(xué)習(xí)，善于方法創(chuàng)新 Hard work and enduring hardship, Good at method innovation.
