崗位職責：
-Analyze, design and develop system architecture.
-Responsible product core structure and function development.
-Resolve main technical issues in the process of development.
-Research and provide architecture improvement solution.
-Diagnose and solve the problems existing in the current system, guarantee the safe, stable and efficient operation of the production system.
任職要求：
-5+ years of experience of development. 3+ years of application architecture design experience.
-Familiar with software development frontier technology, have good prospective to the software technology development
-Have good team cooperation spirit and ability to take pressure
-Have good communication and presentation skills, can coordinate with various resources to complete the common goal
-Proficient in the Java language, master the main JEE technologies, such as the JSTL and JSP, Servlet, JSF and EJB and JPA, JDBC, JMS, JCA
-Proficient in mainstream JEE framework, such as Struts, Struts 2 / Webwork, Spring/for SpringMVC, iBatis/myBatis, etc.
-Familiar with two or more of the JEE application server, such as Tomcat, Jetty, Resin, JBoss, etc, and can perform a cluster configuration.
-Familiar with one or more of the cache framework, such as Redis, ehcache, memcache or others.
-Experience in performance tuning up. (SQL, web, or other part)
-Familiar with kinds of security issues and solution, experience in Digital signature will be appreciated
