崗位職責(zé):
1. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting to SCM and Finance with regard to understanding standard cost components. Develop profitability analysis as needed to support understanding of cost components and financial impacts of business decisions.
2. Provide ongoing maintenance and setup to support changes and updates to the cost model. Establish and execute a process for rolling costs on a frequency to be determined by the business needs.
3. Participate in cross functional projects & process improvement initiatives
任職資格:
1. Demonstrated understanding of key supply chain concepts and financial transactions - including cost elements
2. Cost Accounting knowledge
3. High level of proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required;
4. Experience working with a large, multi-company organization highly preferred
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Business acumen with an ability to anticipate impact of decisions & initiatives
7. Analytical/financial modeling; strong attention to detail
8. Collaboration with cross-functional teams
9. Interpersonal relationships, proactive communicator with all levels of the organization Customer-centric
10. Skilled at time management - effectively prioritizing & managing multiple tasks simultaneously
11. Strong written & verbal communication skills
12. Ability to question data and reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate into meaningful results
13. Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills in English
