職責(zé)描述：
Responsibilities:
- Make sure all of the payments in due courses, including 3rd party and intercompany payments.
- Prepare daily cash report and keep the proper cash balance in every bank account. - Prepare actual and FCT cash flow statement with accuracy.
- Prepare the management reports monthly, including personal expense, rental expense, VM expense, PR expense, etc.
- Input intercompany AP & AR entries monthly, make sure intercompany balance correct, provide IC matching amount monthly.
- Prepare VAT and Duty list, make sure every VAT invoices to be certified.
- Prepare the application documents for statutory documentation alteration.
- Follow up set up and termination of service in relation to retail stores include but not limited to POS machine, sales collection tools set up, cash pick up service. And also take in charge of filing and updates of retail store’s statutory documentations like business licenses, tax certificates, etc.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting and related majors
- 3-5 years relevant accounting experience preferably in retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Knowledge in SAP is a definite advantage
- Excellent analytical, well-organized and under pressure worker
- Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, analytical detail-orientation, open minded, strong integrity and professionalism
- Good written and reading capability in English
