Manage product assessments and analysis within IPS globally, from initial mandate /problem statement, solution option recommendation to management, to specification of business requirements
? Analysis of impacted processes, systems, business needs and model, products etc. and specification of corresponding requirements / solutions
? Establish and lead IPS wide and interdisciplinary working groups, where needed
? Live team approach through providing active support to other team members and act as sparring partner or deputy on assigned topics
? Communication, planning, reporting to and negotiation with senior management (for assigned topics and overall on team portfolio)
? Build subject matter expertise for (new) products
? Apply project management skills to deliver on consultation work and high level IPS assessments
? Apply stakeholder management, within and outside IPS
? Act as a partner and supporter to Project Managers along the project life cycle
