職責(zé)描述：? 本科或以上機(jī)械工程類專業(yè)畢業(yè)。 Bachelor or above education on mechanical. ? 1~3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)在機(jī)械類產(chǎn)品或模具及工裝夾具制造方面。要求熟悉各類工裝模具設(shè)計(jì)制造，及工藝流程，檢測等。精通機(jī)械制圖2D/3D。有馬達(dá)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 At least 3 years experience on the design and manufacturing of Machinery products. Well know all types tooling and fixture design, including manufacturing / process / checking. Good 2D/3D drawings and documentation skills. The Experience on the motor structure (fan/shaft /brush box) is preferred. ? 良好的英語溝通交流能力。 Good English language skill. ? 較強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。 Good communication skill and teamwork. ? 動手能力強(qiáng)，善于鉆研，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。 Strong practical abilities, Be good at studying, A strong sense of responsibility.任職要求：? 對馬達(dá)及相關(guān)部件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 Motor Structure Design and motor components design. ? 參與審核全球電氣產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)更改。 Review all document change for global electrical structure design. ? 開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)新產(chǎn)品平臺，碳刷架及馬達(dá)軸，馬達(dá)沖片，磁環(huán)等機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 Developing brush box and motor shaft, stamped steel and magnet ring including tooling review. ? 對電氣產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新. 并提供改善方案及降本措施。 Focus on innovation and VI. ? 與全球其他設(shè)計(jì)中心合作并一起開發(fā)產(chǎn)品。 Work with global design center together to develop new electrical components. ? 參與電氣及零部件的供應(yīng)商開發(fā)及評審 。 Develop electrical suppler and supplier audit. ? 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)與不同團(tuán)隊(duì)，掌控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，成本，風(fēng)險評估，及測試審核，保證項(xiàng)目按期完成。 Drive new projects with teams. follow & control cost, risk and testing to ensure complete it in time.
