職位描述：1、負(fù)責(zé)港口、機(jī)場(chǎng)等封閉場(chǎng)景下的業(yè)務(wù)類(lèi)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)；2、與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，協(xié)調(diào)開(kāi)發(fā)、測(cè)試、實(shí)施過(guò)程，確保按時(shí)交付高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品；3、收集客戶(hù)反饋，定期分析市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品功能與用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)；4、與客戶(hù)、合作伙伴及內(nèi)部銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)作，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品落地和商業(yè)化成功；5、跟進(jìn)前沿技術(shù)，如AI、自動(dòng)駕駛等，探索新技術(shù)在產(chǎn)品中的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。職位要求：1、學(xué)歷背景： 本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、信息管理、物流管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：1-3 年產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有港口、園區(qū)、機(jī)場(chǎng)等行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；3、產(chǎn)品/技術(shù)能力：能夠獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品的需求調(diào)研、功能設(shè)計(jì)，輸出產(chǎn)品的原型設(shè)計(jì)和PRD等；能夠和客戶(hù)，研發(fā)、測(cè)試等團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品的迭代和落地；了解軟件產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程，具備一定的技術(shù)背景（如了解Web開(kāi)發(fā)架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)分析工具、API接口等）；4、通用能力：優(yōu)秀的需求調(diào)研、文檔撰寫(xiě)和溝通表達(dá)能力；優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)作能力，能夠和外部、內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作；5、語(yǔ)言能力： 英語(yǔ)流利優(yōu)先（需與國(guó)際客戶(hù)/團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通）。加分項(xiàng)：有港口/機(jī)場(chǎng)/物流行業(yè)背景；有成功推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品從0到1的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；有路徑規(guī)劃、調(diào)度算法等相關(guān)知識(shí)者優(yōu)先；PMP或其他產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目管理認(rèn)證。
