工作職責1.有良好的文字功底，了解市場需求并且能夠抓住熱點和行業內新聞進行內容原創，提升品牌影響力和市場關注度；2.可以獨立策劃拍攝人物采訪、活動宣傳等短視頻，熟練運用視頻剪輯軟件；3.根據學校發展戰略，實施品牌規劃和品牌形象的建設，含線上（官網、微信、微博、頭條、抖音、APP等）平臺推廣、線下活動等；4. 負責監控和落實VI、宣傳廣告、媒體廣告宣傳等事項的實施； 5.市場調研、資料收集、競爭對手調研等，并能在此基礎上形成報告總結；6. 拓展行業內媒體資源，維護媒體關系，并探索最有價值的合作模式，搭建并整合有效的品牌資源；7. 配合市場招生及上級領導交代的其他工作；任職資格1.良好的表達能力及溝通能力，公關能力強，熱情開朗，有媒體活動資源及經驗的優先； 2.有一定的組織策劃能力和現場控制能力，有主動溝通和主動解決問題的意識； 3.市場營銷、公關、廣告、新聞等相關專業，本科及以上學歷； 4.3年及以上K12教育集團或國際學校品牌工作經驗，具有上海及周邊知名教育集團或學校品宣工作經驗優先； 5.熟悉品牌宣傳工作包括平面設計、文案設計等崗位； 6.具備良好的品牌戰略意識和市場敏銳度，能夠及時把握市場變化及未來趨勢； 7.英語可作為工作語言者&具有設計能力&一定審美者優先；
