Duty and responsibilities： 1.Serve as key technical interface with customer during the entire product life cycle from quotation, project transfer, NPI and mass production2.Liaise, direct, and manage tasks with internal engineering departments including SMT, manufacturing, quality, component, industrial engineering, and R&D3.Take lead to resolve technical issues and perform failure analysis during NPI and at Mass Production4.Support Project Manager to communicate technical matters with customers and internally with team members5.Prepare, approve, and maintain engineering documents, including BOM, ECN, DN, QPL, part drawing, first article ****uation report, etc.6.Support Purchasing Department and Quality Assurance Team for supplier ****ion7.Support Purchasing Department to source the ****native materials, technically liaise with customer and internal Component Engineering department8.Ensure all product and system requirements are considered from the initial product conception to the finished result.Competencies and experiences requirement：1. University graduate in Electronic Engineering or related discipline2.Minimum 10 years engineering management experience preferably with circuit design knowledge in Industrial, Automotive, Motor control, Telecommunication and/or RF products3.Capable to handle Failure Analysis4.Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese, able to converse comfortably with customers5.Strong interpersonal and communication skill, able to work under cross-functional team environment with good team leadership skill6.High sense of accountability, result driven with “can-do” mind-set.
