JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

Responsible for China Compensation and Benefits, set up the Compensation policy and process to improve the China Compensation and Benefit system effective and competitive

Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs, e.g. annual salary review & budget plan, special studies or recommend on incentives, bonus, pay structure analysis, etc.

Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or native s to resolve compensation-related problems. Administers and communicates the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries.

Be in charge of the HR Operations, to enable all the operation process and policy support the business growth.

Provide business partnership, support the business development with the HR solution, including compensation plan, talent management plan etc.

Analyzes cost containment strategies.

May administer both domestic and international programs


JOB REQUIREMENT：

10/+ years in HR area with compensation and benefit
Labor law knowledge and practice in China
Clear communication in both English and Chinese
Experience with SAP
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
C&B professional skills and experience.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems.
Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Normally receives general instructions on nwe projects or assignments.
Bachelor Degree is mandatory
and/or 10+ years of related experiences.
