What are my responsibilities?
1. Drive Bay rule compliance, check and report on users behavior on using bay environment and logbook, to maintain the orderly and tidy environment
推動遵守磁共振室使用制度，檢查和記錄使用者的行為，維護(hù)磁共振室有序整潔的環(huán)境
2. Maintain Bay relevance document, create system binder and logbook for each system and mainten document ID list, to standard the document and files
維護(hù)相關(guān)文件，為每個系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)文件夾和日志，維護(hù)文檔ID列表，規(guī)范文檔和文件
3. Maintain system configuration, regularly check the system configuration list and record according to system change thereby ensuring fresh configuration of system
維護(hù)系統(tǒng)配置，定期檢查系統(tǒng)配置表并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)更改記錄，確保系統(tǒng)的新配置
4. Drive Bay safety control,regularly check safety relevance issue around Bay area, to avoid accident or injury case
保證磁共振室安全控制，定期檢查周圍的安全相關(guān)問題，避免事故或傷害案件。
5. Hold MR safety training(Bay rules), only trained personnel are authorized to access Bay area
舉行MR安全培訓(xùn)（磁共振室使用規(guī)范），只有經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的人員被授權(quán)進(jìn)入磁共振室
6. Manage instruments, calibration of measuring instrument and gauges, to avoid invalid test result
管理儀器、校對測量儀器和量規(guī)，以避免無效的測試結(jié)果
7. Plan reliable bay budget, together with system manager to make budget plan for non production materials every year and budget control to aline with plan
制定可靠的磁共振預(yù)算，與系統(tǒng)經(jīng)理一起制定年度非生產(chǎn)物料預(yù)算計(jì)劃和預(yù)算控制
8. Manage stock and clear record & label, check and label materials in warehouse and outer warehouse with system manager, to update materials list accordingly
與系統(tǒng)經(jīng)理一起管理庫存和清點(diǎn)記錄和標(biāo)簽，檢查倉庫和倉庫的材料，并相應(yīng)更新物料清單。
9. Support regulation test and audit issue
支持監(jiān)管測試與審計(jì)問題
10. Support training center and MK dept. for course preparation and customer visit in Bay
支持培訓(xùn)中心和MK部門進(jìn)行相關(guān)課程準(zhǔn)備和客戶拜訪

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Basic understanding on medical equipment will be required.
對醫(yī)療設(shè)備有基本了解。
2. Experience in medical equipment installation /troublesooting

3.At least 1 year administrative working experience. Fresh graduates are also acceptable，

4.Basic English reading and writing skiill, Good verbal communication skill in English will be given priority
