職責(zé)描述：
簽證：
負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域夏令營和留學(xué)簽證事宜
-耐心指導(dǎo)、協(xié)助客戶收集、整理相關(guān)材料并幫助辦理證件，能與客戶建立良好的合作關(guān)系
-填寫簽證表格并準(zhǔn)備其他的送簽資料， 完成資料填寫、 翻譯 、整理、審核
-負(fù)責(zé)的主要簽證區(qū)域有英、美、澳、瑞士和申根國家等國家業(yè)務(wù)
-及時(shí)了解各使館簽證動(dòng)態(tài)，獲取簽證最新準(zhǔn)確信息
辦公室財(cái)務(wù)&人事：
-根據(jù)公司政策核對(duì)分公司日常報(bào)銷及支付事項(xiàng)
-制作現(xiàn)金月報(bào)并準(zhǔn)時(shí)提交總部
-負(fù)責(zé)年檢事宜（稅務(wù)局、工商局等），分公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照的申請(qǐng)及更新
-收集當(dāng)?shù)刈钚抡撸ǘ愂铡⒇?cái)務(wù)等相關(guān)），避免法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。填寫稅務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)文件
-負(fù)責(zé)每月員工社保公積金的變動(dòng)及支付事宜
-社保年檢
-辦理新員工入職流程
其他行政工作：
機(jī)票及酒店預(yù)訂
辦公室物品采購
協(xié)助留學(xué)部門翻譯文件

任職要求：
大專及以上學(xué)歷；
2.一年以上簽證或者財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；
4.做事有條理；
5.能夠仔細(xì)獨(dú)立工作
6.23-40歲
