職責描述：
崗位職責：
?負責每月收集外教課程排課需求
?負責根據學生的需求選擇最合適的外教老師，并在系統(tǒng)上排課
?通過郵件/電話等方式與英美外教聯系排課，并與外教交流改善教學質量或課堂
紀律
?負責外教每月課時統(tǒng)計以及薪資核算
?負責每月外教利用率統(tǒng)計
?負責外教面試與資料管理
?負責線下學生管理
1.給新學員做入門指導，幫助學生快速了解必益學院，進入學習狀態(tài)
2.定期與學員交流，了解學生對課程的滿意和接受程度，針對學生的學習方法，進度和學習內容進行個性化的跟進服務
3.向家長反饋學員學習情況，提交學習進度報告和課業(yè)規(guī)劃
?負責中心內部的協調工作和跨部門的溝通工作
1 負責跨部門的溝通和協調事宜；
2 面臨學員、家長和外教老師的任何變動情況的時候，及時通知部門相關人員，如遇無
法解決的問題，及時向中心總監(jiān)匯報；
3 定期組織TE會議，了解中心業(yè)務情況，培養(yǎng)團隊精神。

任職要求：
?本科以上學歷，英語相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)或有留學背景者優(yōu)先，
?英文聽說讀寫流利，樂于與人溝通，能夠自如與英美老師郵件/電話溝通
?有教育行業(yè)相關經驗者優(yōu)先考慮
?責任心強，踏實肯干，具有良好的團隊合作精神
