崗位職責(zé)：
Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise has a culture of data-driven decision-making, and demands business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable. We are now seeking an outstanding Program Operation and Intelligence Specialist to join the Business Operation and Intelligence team in China Cloud and Enterprise department. In a fast-paced market where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities, this role will have an immediate influence in day-to-day decision making at Microsoft Cloud Business.

As a Program Operation and Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for operating all Azure programs targeting different audiences, analyzing each programs’ usage, our investment vs returns, identify usage behavior patterns to optimize programs.

This positon involves 40% program management and business operation, and 60% data analyzing on ROI, identify insights and optimize programs.

We are looking for a mature business analytical or business operation people with strategic thinking and good business sense. Excellence in excel, and data mining tools, such as SQL query are must. With cloud business, would be prioritized considered.

Fluent English communication in both oral and written is also must.

Key responsibilities:
Business Management Skill:
- Program management and business operation to ensure everything running smoothly
- Data validation and analytic skill
- Integrate data from different source
- Business analysis on ROI, and provide suggestion for program optimize and growth hacking
Data Reporting with Insights
- Generate reporting with actionable insights, integration, consistency, accuracy, automation
- Managing programs smoothly, have the ability to identify issues and involving right people to resolve issues.

System & Platform integration
- Act as a local point to global system
- Local data governance and build process for program operation and offer designing.

任職要求：
The ideal candidate will have the following attributed

- 5+ analysis using data mining and analysis tools including SQL and Excel, etc.
- Ability to extract data from various sources and complete analyses to drive solutions to business issue
- Or 5+ business operation experiences with great problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in oral and written English is a must
- Demonstrate capability and willingness to own and solve problems with ambiguous information and little direction
- Communicates effectively with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a strong focus on quantitative results
- Science, statistics, Math or Finance BA degree or equivalent
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and data
- Skills and Certification
- - Tool: Excel advanced (pivot table), SQL Database, SQL Script , Power BI (preferred)
