Requirements：
College degree or above, major in international trade or logistics preferred;
More than 5 years working experience in funded enterprise importing and exporting, able to handle import and export business independently;
Familiar with foreign trade & import and export business process, master Incoterms & customs bonded handbook process;
Positive attitude, hard-working, self-motivated, quick-learner, strong interpersonal skills, able to work under high pressure, able to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for making and reviewing the import and export documents for customs clearance, as well as the relevant certificates application such as for freight transportation, customs and CIQ clearance and so on;
Coordinate with warehouse, planner, customs broker, forwarder and shipping company, ensure import & export operation are proceeded fluently, and follow up the service;
Ensure the materials and finished goods are delivered accurately, efficiently following the trade compliance;
Keep good communication with relevant government departments (such as Customs, CIQ, etc.), to solve the urgent abnormal cases, to avoid the potential legal risks;
Evaluate the logistics suppliers of forwarders, customs brokers, and put forward the suggestions for improvement;
Set up the import and export operation procedures, share with the relevant departments and operate;
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
