JD：
1.Create and complete the yearly audit plan for the TS 16949 standard audits and process audits.
2.Conduct the TS 16949 Quality Standard audits to the yearly plan with other internal auditors.
3.Document non conformances to TS 16949 and pursue corrective actions until closure.
4.Plan, coordinate and assist completion of process audits.
5.Initiate/track and pursue to closure of process audit non conformances using internal corrective action
6.Third party (Registrar) liaison for external audits including plant guide and interface for non-conformance submission
7.Receiving customer audit and cross-audit by other Kirchhoff’s plant, pursue corrective actions until closure.
8.Report all results of audits to management.
9.Organize all quality system (plant and TS 16949) documentation both electronically work instructions, customer changes, quality manual and procedures updates;
10.Maintain the master list of all documentation and where the documentation is located
11.Assist Quality engineer with document revision
12.Use of word processing and spreadsheet programs to create a variety of reports, manuals and correspondence
13.Be familiar with environment factors of his/her own position
14.Support the quality system for other KACN’s plant
Requirements:
1.At least 2 years experiences in automotive quality auditing
2.TS 16949 auditor by qualified corporation.
3.Must have good computer skills-Word, Excel, SPC software.
4.Excellent oral and written communications skills
5.Carry out duties with limited/no supervision
6.Able to travel(limited)
