職責(zé)描述：
1.Works in collaboration with the Study Directors or other function group leaders and sales people for study protocol and quote structure development
2.Prepare SOPs and updating of original versions and prepare the policies of team if required
3.Works in collaboration with division veterinarian group and IACUC committee for Animal Welfare and Compliance
4.Manage and maintain close interaction with other relevant technician functions, support and where appropriate lead specific projects for new capability development
5.Take care of lab tour for client visit or audit and the accreditation process of the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC), representing team to answer the related scientific questions
6.Work with line managers to set team goals and develop the strategies to achieve the goals
7.Concern and contribute to the whole department goals
8.Plan space, manage capital equipment to support research needs, develop and control team budges and fee structure according to the short term and long term goals of the team
9.Attract, motivate and develop top talents in order to provide highest quality support
10.Make the training plan and find the related area expert or to improve the knowledge of PK, formulation and animal science for the PIs and group leaders
11.Coordinate the team to meet the requirement of OHS and animal care regulations set forth by federal governmental agencies and university agencies
12.Candidate should have achieved AALAS certification at LATG level(Option)


任職要求：
1.Education (minimum/desirable): BS, MS or Ph.D. Degree in science related field with 6+ years experience
2.Languages: English, excellent in writing and good in oral.
3.Experience: 4+ years supervisory/management experience, a range of Research and/or Development areas within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry including lab experience
4.Strong people, process and project management skills
5.Knowledge and understanding, experience of services provided in a scientific setting
6.Good working knowledge of lab operations and equipment managing/oversight of lab and support functions, lab equipment and facilities
