Responsibilities:
?Oversee monthly actual reporting and forecasting process of JV
?Lead development of budget and medium-term plan of JV and review with company
?Manage treasury operations, marketing/pricing analysis, oversea operations/export analysis, and support product development process
?Develop, implement initiatives to improve the operations & financial performance
?Gather competitor intelligence and timely update information on important issues at JVs
?Provide financial and strategic support for other JV corporate initiatives


Qualifications
Qualifications: the candidate is expected to be accountable, passionate, ambitious, have managerial courage, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-impact work environment while leading a team (15+ people) of analysts. Other qualifications include:

?Preferably 10+ years of experience in corporate finance
?Good written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) communications skills
?Ability to take initiative & ownership, and generate results
?Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects simultaneously
?Drive for professional growth and a propensity for constant learning
?MBA preferred
