Job Description:
*Lead and Go through the procedure of employee on-board;
*Lead and Go through the procedure of employee termination;
*Lead the procedures of employee transfer and pass probation；
*Assist with the procedures of employee on-board and probation in other location;
*Communication with Business line during employee on-board, termination, transfer and pass probation procedure
*Update employees’ information in Open system (staff, lotus notes)；
*Update Candidate’s information in resume database;
*Coordinate and support the daily work of HR department；
*Complete other temporary works assigned by supervisor;

Job Requisition:
*Bachelor or above qualification.
*Honest, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
*Self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized, customer-oriented and able to work effectively.
*Team player and problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Very fluent English in both oral & written, hands on experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
