崗位職責:
Job Description:
1.Be responsible of department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics
2.Search and request of Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) data, analysis of GWAS and interpretation of results, implementation of analysis methods when necessary, mining of genetics databases (dbSNP, dbGAP, EntrezGene, OMIM …)
3.Other Omics data analysis (Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics)
4.Database management and development, big biomedical data integration
5.Analysis of biological networks and pathways
6.Mining of databases for protein-protein and drug-target interactions (such as Ingenuity, Drugbank, String, HPRD …)
7.Drug research and development (clinical study design, drug combination analysis, meta-analysis)
任職資格:
Job Requirements:
1.PhD in Biostatistics will be considered as a minimal level
2.Strong background in biostatistics and data analysis, have at least 3 years working experience in related industry
3.Good knowledge of SQL / MySQL
4.Good knowledge of Windows / Linux/ Office
5.Knowledge of Python, Plink, bash, Perl and Latex Cytoscape are preferred
6.Fluent in Chinese and English, French is preferred
7.Willingness to travel
