Role and Responsibilities：
- Build and maintain solid customer relationship with assigned G500 accounts together with field sales
- Sell Dell solution and service via phone call, meet and exceed set business targets
- Develop account plan together with field sales and provide long term and short term forecast/outlook
- Ensure every customer is contacted regularly and customer/opportunities information is entered timely into CRM
- Coordinate internally to fulfill customer requirement and resolve customer issue in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements：
- College above
- 3years above sales or customer service experience
- Good English read & write and oral communication
- Good adaptability and quick learner
- Good team worker who can work independently under pressure and meet timeline for multiple tasks
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred：
- Call center related experience
- IT/PC industry related experience
- Strong problem resolving capability
