- 有KA渠道管理及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)1年以上，可以適應(yīng)短期出差
- 有責(zé)任心，自律性強(qiáng)，對(duì)工作安排有很強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃性
- 溝通能力強(qiáng)，能獨(dú)立和門(mén)店主管溝通品牌陳列及促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)
- 對(duì)終端的銷(xiāo)售工作流程清晰了解(主要包括促銷(xiāo)員管理、產(chǎn)品促銷(xiāo)陳列申請(qǐng)、產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)及銷(xiāo)售狀況查詢(xún)、店內(nèi)陳設(shè)更替、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)查詢(xún)等多方面內(nèi)容)
- 常住上海或沈陽(yáng)

工作職責(zé)：
- 了解品牌的價(jià)值觀文化，并有效地執(zhí)行銷(xiāo)售策略
- 根據(jù)當(dāng)季陳列圖的要求，負(fù)責(zé)終端賣(mài)場(chǎng)的常規(guī)牌面陳列
- 根據(jù)公司制定的促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)，完成促銷(xiāo)價(jià)格的維護(hù)和促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行
- 管理好負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的促銷(xiāo)員，激發(fā)其對(duì)工作的熱情
- 了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)品牌的銷(xiāo)售情況，提供競(jìng)爭(zhēng)品牌在終端的上市及推廣活動(dòng)
- 處理好門(mén)店的客勤,建立良好的品牌門(mén)店互助關(guān)系
