1.Warehouse management: including warehouse facilities maintenance, staff management, (logistics) support plan and optimize (logistics) procedures.
2.(Lead logistics team for warehouse activities)
3.Meet on time delivery requirement and transportation arrangement.
4.Cross-departmental communication within the organization; responsible for cost control
5.Coaching subordinates in daily job, and assign the task effectively.
6.Ensure general cleanliness and safety in the warehouse premises
7.(Logistics arrangement including delivery and forwarder management)
8.Setup I/E regulations and working process to keep I/E running effectively
9.Yearly I/E budget and implementation

1. 5 years or above for relevant im-export working experience,
2.5 years or above in warehouse area, with at least 4 years’ leadership experiences.
3. Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve transportation problems, with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Strong management skill like motivating team, leading by influence.
5. Good Communication skills and negotiation skill with suppliers.
6. Strong skills in ERP system and MS Office.
