上海聯亞商業有限公司系香港聯亞集團下屬的全資子公司，目前我司擁有美國三大休閑品牌之一的NAUTICA（經營已經超過十年），歐洲第一戶外品牌Jack Wolfskin（經營超過五年）二大品牌。二個品牌截止至去年年底在大中華的大陸地區門店已經超過八百多家，港澳臺地區也開設有三十多家。
